Police investigating Boundary Road incident

Sault Ste. Marie police remain at the scene of an incident on Boundary Road as of Wednesday afternoon.
Police spokesperson Lincoln Louttit said officers are conducting an ongoing investigation and couldn’t provide a timeline for updates.
When The Sault Star arrived at the scene around 2:30 p.m., police had surrounded a residence located at the intersection of Boundary and Broad Street with yellow tape.
An abandoned Toyota Rav4 could be seen sitting outside the residence with its driver-side door ajar.
Miscellaneous objects were strewn about the road, including what looked like a blanket and a pair of shoes.
